Current Behavior / Expected Behavior

The Image Content app presentation settings picker is broken. Left as there default values, settings "Shows the title in the lightbox" and "Shows the title as imagelegend", we should see both a lightbox title and a image legend title. However, when left as their default values (as seen below), neither tittle appears.

For these titles to appear, we need to set "Shows the title in the lightbox" and "Shows the title as imagelegend" to true as in the screenshot below.

This should not be necessary.

Instructions to Reproduce the Problem

I have created an example website with the following software versions:

DNN v9.13.6
Microsoft CodeDom .NET Compiler v3.6.0
2sxc version: v18.06.01
2sxc content: v17.7.3
2sxc theme: v5.3.5
