Feature: Refresh model list when opening settings tab

Currently if you add a new model to the ./models directory while the GUI is running, it will not be detected.

Searching for new models within the ./models directory would be a useful feature for me. Should help out when splicing fine-tuned models together without needing to restart the app every time.
