Are these two DNS Blocklists enough for a balanced approach? Not overkill

I only use HaGeZi Normal and Threat Intelligence, plus the default Adguard DNS Filter, I have seen some configurations with more than 30, that seems extreme to me, but I might be wrong, thoughts? Thanks
