Is this repo still maintained? - UI Upgrade proposal

Hi,

In the last weeks I've downloaded the client, I had a big surprise into seeing much more traffic than expected. I thought emule was dead, but apparently, is not...at all :-)

What do you think about an UI refresh (maybe in win 10/11 style)?
I can help with that. I never worked on windows apps so I cannot say that I can do everything, but I can do an assesment to check how much time it would require.

Hello,
We're not actively developing this specific version anymore.
The repo has been updated just to keep the source open.

I'll leave this issue open in case anyone wants to submit a PR, we're still accepting suggestions and help ofc.
