Issues running "FTB ONE 2.3" (on Forge | Minecraft 1.19.2)

First of all: Thanks for this post. I saved it for many years and i was able to make an "FTB infinity evolved" Forge Server back in 2019 i guess.
But now i am totally struggeling with the Setup for a Minecraft 1.19.2 Server to run the "FTB ONE 2.3" Modpack.

I made everything like in the Instruction and the paper Server is running pretty good.
But what should i do next to install Forge on Version 1.19.2?

I was able to find the Server Files on the official FTB website. Its also available for ARM Linux too.. so it should be right, ... right?

Or am i heading to a wrong direction? Do i have to edit the Dockerfile to push the right Data into my fleet?

I am siting almost 8-10 hours now on this project , trying out different things but nothing worked so far...
I am thankful for every detailed help :-)
