每次构建都会重新下依赖的jar包

每次构建都会重新下依赖的jar包 我不想每次这样。构建时间太长。怎么解决

需要挂载一个 persistentVolume, persistentVolumeClaim. 映射到 /root/.m2
但我用 yaml 创建的 pvc， jenkins 总是提示 无法mount， 超时， 后来手动创建pv， pvc，jenkins才能挂载。

是在阿里云的控制台创建的，pv PVC 在jeknins配置的挂载
