Touchup Shebang for Future Development

I had some challenges getting v2023.05.01_03 up and running. May I suggest unpegging the shebang on python scripts from "/usr/bin/python3" to be "/usr/bin/env python3?"

I realize this isn't "supported," but if you plan on articulating a Python virtual environment, having the start of the script pegged to the global install could cause issues.

What problems did you have setting things up? If you had a problem during installation please attach ~/allsky/config/installation_logs/install.sh.log.

Thanks for the suggestion.

In the next major release, doesn't have a date yet but will be next year, I am moving everything t a virtual environment. I didn't bother initially as I 'assumed' that Allsky would be the only python code running on the pi.

Yes'ish !! The scripts are no longer tied to a global python instance

The shebang has been removed just to aid compatibility with Buster, once Buster is no longer supported it will switch to a env bashed shebang.
