Mini timelapse on admin screen

I use the mini-timelapse feature a lot when imaging, usually 8 frames showing me the last 4 minutes of sky conditions.

I think it will be a useful feature to display this on the admin page, perhaps as a choice instead of the last image or alongside / below, user preference.

@Alex-developer, thoughts? Sounds like a reasonable request. Should he link only appear if mini-timelapse is enabled, i.e., num images > 0?

Added to the new webUI. If the mini timelapse is enabled then it will be displayed in a tab along with the live view image. If the mini timelapse is not enabled then no tabs are displayed just the live view image
