ZWO ASI 585MC support

Hey there! I tried using ZWO ASI 585MC with the latest version of Allsky but seems that version of ZWO SDK (v1.20) in use does not support this camera. At the bottom, I added the output of currently supported cameras I got after following instructions here

I tried fixing this myself by downloading the latest ZWO SDK v1.31 (their SDK supports this camera since v1.24), then updated corresponding libraries in src/lib/armv7 and src/lib/armv8, then run make capture in src but that yielded 'capture' is up to date, so not sure what I might have missed here. 🤔

Answering this myself but I figured it out - did make -B capture and then copied capture to root allsky dir and it worked. Regarding the SDK bump - shall I make a PR?

@Varnius, a PR would be great but please do it against the Point-Release-4 branch, not master. Also, if you could update allsky/html/changeLog.html that would be super. You can use similar wording to the last SDK upgrade.

I downloaded the updated library a few weeks ago but never got around to installing it, so thanks for beating me to it.
