Shoutout to @thomasjacquin and @EricClaeys thank you and other devs here for making such an amazing tool for us! I really appreciate the commitment and work you've all put in to this, and hope to see even greater things in the future!

Wanted to show off my "Portable" setup, just finally made a public domain set up before I make a permanent mounted device on my roof-line in the near future, unfortunately I live in an extremely hot environment, so have to figure out the right parts with cooling solutions to make it a permanent or daytime-retractable mechanism to have it up 24/7 here in Florida.

Portable mode to be set up anywhere.

Includes a POE or direct Ethernet port, 200ft power cable, an old CPU heatsink with passive cooling (used a bunch of old CPU cooling pieces for camera mount too), and a tiny little fan that wishes it could push more air around! I know it's ugly inside, but it works.

@custard2022, that's REALLY cool!! The Pelican case is built like a tank which is a fantastic choice.
Have you considered a fan that brings in cooler outside air on one side and exits it on the other? I use part of a furnace filter on mine to keep the dust out, and I can easily replace the filter. I also have warm air blow into the dome on one side and out the other to help keep the dew away.

I wish I could have a vent, but instead I've resorted to silica gel packets to keep any moisture down inside the case.
I live in Florida, so it's like 90-100% humidity all year round with never-ending heat. I've seen what this humidity has done to all electronics left out to the elements. Not to mention the daily tropical storms and hurricanes I have to deal with.
Like it's March 9th, and it's the "DRY" season, we can't even water the lawn more than once per week, and humidity still a killer!

But this is just a portable/temporary setup, for if I ever decide to take it out somewhere with my telescopes.
My next build will have actual permanent options, I got a $2 CCTV dome enclosure from eBay a while back, will have a longer tube below it to fit the Pi, wires, and maybe even have liquid IO cooling with a radiator and fans outside of the casing.
Just waiting on new parts to arrive in mail for this second build, that will be mounted on my roof.

Have you tried to play with:

AUTO_STRETCH_AMOUNT=10
AUTO_STRETCH_MID_POINT=10%

I think you will have great results !

I've tried, if I do any brighter, the Startrails don't seem to generate correctly, 3 nights before this were mostly clear, and these the Startrails that were made:

As you see, these didn't generate at all. And I've tried to re-generate them manually, even removing some bad images, nothing worked.

It's an eBay buy that was parts only as the camera inside was stripped out.

Original listing, I figured why re-invent a security dome if one is already made. XD

I normally try to buy some old used parts before buying brand new stuff, and sometimes you can find diamonds among old rocks if you wait long enough, and keep watching the auctions.
