New Allsky science project, looking for opinions

Hello Folk....

So, I thought I'd start a second Allsky science project compare with my current 1st project..

My first Allsky build was based on a Pi4b, 4GB mem, 64GB SD card, and the camera is a ZWO ASI224MC
My second build I just got up and running is pretty much the same as the 1st only difference is 8GB mem, and the camera is the Raspberry HQ, with the Arducam 180 degree fisheye lens

I'm not sure which setup to go with, with regards to image... I sort of like the ASI224 picture, since it appears to be cropped more... I do like the 180 degree view of the RPi HQ image thou...

The ZWO image isn't as clear as the RPi image only because I currently don't have a dome covering the camera..
Both Allsky systems are sitting side by side currently in the back yard, so from a location stand point there's no difference there...

I've attached pics of the images I'm currently getting from the two systems .. let me know what you guy's think as too which one I should go with..

Where will the "final" camera be? In the current location or on a pole above the buildings?
If at the current location, the 224 might be better since it is mostly sky.
The HQ would be good if above the buildings so you see horizon-to-horizon.

Can you swap lenses to see if you like it that way better?

Don't forget you can crop the image if you don't want as much black border or buildings showing.

The final install will be up on the roof, above the buildings... There is the possibility that a portion of the house to the left in the 180 view picture might show a bit, but it shouldn't be much....

As to the lens, I tried to see if I could bring the ASI224 into focus with the Arducam lens, but I couldn't... not sure if I didn't have enough back spacing, or what... there is a forecast of rain for tomorrow, so I'll bring the 2nd build in, I'll try again tomorrow...

I may se about picking up the ZWO 2.5mm 170 degree lens if I can't get the Arducam lens to focus with the ZWO camera
