@Skolgi, congratulations on getting your camera working! For your startrails question, did you read the startrails documentation page? It describes how to determine what to use for the brightness threshold so it ignores bright images like daytime ones. |

There is an extra module available that will allow you to display upto three different temperature sensors on the overlay. Have a look at the Extra Modules repository (https://github.com/AllskyTeam/allsky-modules) and read the documentation on modules and overlays. The allsk_temp module is the one you need. You can specify the sensor type and which gpio pin its connected to. Cheers Alex |

Its Alive!!!
After two or three weeks of Reading, Try out and some "weird magic" i placed my Allsky Projekt on the roof. And it works! So i am happy as possible!
But - i have some questions: Yesterday was a Full Moon Night. So not the best conditions to start from, but now we are here. I got terrible Problems with the Startrail. And i read a lot about how it works and managed it to delete the Daytime images and increase the thrashold to whatever 0.5.
I Understand how a Projekt works, and some solutions for Problem a bring a Issue and Create Problem B.... So its clear the the Auto Exp and Auto Gain Funktion is a real Game Changer, but seem to dissable the workkaround of the startrail.
My Daytime Mean Target is yet 0.55 and seem to be good in direct Sunlight and under Clouds.
Yesterday i changed the Nighttime Target to 0.3 - and both Threshold are 0.05.
Imagin work well - so good thing!
IBut i want to save the Daytime Pics also, and want them in the Timelapse.
So here is my Question: Is it possible to Make a Switch like in "Module Overlay $(Day_or_night) so that every Image is saved and work for the Timelapse and only Images Taken under "Night" are used for the startrail?
And as a Noob in IT / Raspberry i got a question about Display a external Sensor that get into a Gpio?
I Use a DHT22 Sensor on Gpio4 to check up the BOx is still sealed and no humidity gets in.
I Wish i can Display that with a Overlay .. So i evtl. could use two Sensors - one for In the Box, on for out outdoor teperature.
After all i wish to say Thank you for that great Projekt and the Tons of Hours that flew in this Projekt from You!
THX
Skolgi
