The answer to almost any "how to" question is in the Documentation - either via the "Wiki" link if you haven't installed Allsky, or via the Documentation link in the WebUI if Allsky is installed.
There is a LOT of information there, and we continually add more, often based on user feedback. In fact, we've made several changes already to the new release's documentation based on early user feedback.
