Signature modal Done button does not Dismiss if opened with keyboard up

If you are editing a field with the keyboard up, then tap on a signature field, without dismissing the keyboard, the signature modal comes up, you can create your signature like normal, but when you tap Done, nothing happens. You have to either tap Cancel or swipe the modal away, I swipe away in the video below. If you do tap Done, then dismiss in the other ways, the signature does actually save and show correctly, the modal is just not being dismissed.

This only happens on iPad and does occur in the latest release 10.4.0.82780.
