Add a video to the help pages

Charlie has created an awesome help video. It needs audio (It was suggested Mary narrate it, if she's willing). We should include it at the top of the help page.

I can definitely narrate it. Will need to figure out how to sync the audio and video (may have to purchase the trial software I used before?). Will investigate. @cmarkello point me to the video?

I would suggest Charlie and Mary work to refine the video and text. It does
not need to be longer than 2 mins and a few hundred words of text.
