Flask_cache_bust error

I'm installing the newest version of the webhook, and I'm getting this error. I'm not sure how to fix it.

Try pip install flask_cache_bust - it looks like PokemonGo-Map now requires that module. There might be more than that though, so it's even safer just to run pip install -r requirements.txt again.

I tried both and got these errors. Any idea why these are happening Sorry if I'm asking so many questions, I'm not an expert with Python.
