no run/responce in windows 10

1. downloaded lastest Browsers_windows.zip from the release section
2. unarchived zip content into folder on desktop
3. run install.bat via double click and got prompt that everything installed for current user
4. went into settings, set as default browser
5. clicked a link in telegram without any success
6. run uninstaller from same folder on desktop, switched back default browser
7. installed again with administrator rights for all users, set as default browser
8. clicked a link in telegram without any success
9. tried to run directly from program files folder without any luck

i don't know what to do, i don't find any logs and don't get any crash reports. it simply does nothing.
i have several browsers installed (non portable, default locations) and hurl able to detect them automatically (edge, arc, zen)
