关闭绘制边框不起作用、设置为RGB时，输出还是BGRA的回调 #139

设置绘制边框为show_highlight=false，可以看到在代码中并没有采用，而是直接使用了默认值。

另外，color_format可以看到确实设置了其他选项的格式输出为Rgba8，但不清楚为何没有效果，也许升级windows-capture可以解决这个问题

是否可以将targets设置为pub，我使用不了get_main_display、get_scale_factor方法
