Clang Tidy Error Pane Code Filter shows negative count #1382

I'm not sure if this is a VS issue or CPT issue, but as I've only seen this problem caused by CPT I thought I'd post it here.

After completing a Clang Tidy on the entire project, when I go to filter only the CPT errors with the Code column.

I expect to see the number of CPT errors listed in the Error Pane in this case "170", however I see a negative count "-23"

Seeing negative counts doesn't happen all the time, but it happens more often than not.
