Revise typeface for headers

The team has decided to change the typeface for headers in the design system and subsequent other digital platforms.

This change is being done to increase the usability of the typeface and community feedback. Few use cases that are bad/long pm Drupal: posts, public notices; some print [some find it unfriendly]

The type face only for headers -- change the headers from being all caps to sentence case. If any advice is needed during implementation see @duffy-james

We are trying this out first. A similar change may happen in the future (no date defined) for other typeface throughout the design system and other properties.
