In the Storybook, clicking on the logo open the documentation site in a new tab

Usual behavior is to redirect to the site homepage in the same tab.

Note: if possible with Storybook configuration, try to redirect to base URL homepage (meaning redirect to local homepage when testing locally). If not, hard-code the production homepage.
