Owner level metric

It would be great to get metrics for a specific owner like http://metrics.cocoapods.org/api/v1/owners/6563. If a roll-up report is not feasibly than at least providing an endpoint to list the pods own by an owner would allow us to script something.

https://trunk.cocoapods.org/api/v1/owners/[email protected] already lists pods, but we definitely could consider adding an owners endpoint to metrics
