That's strange. Have you tried satellite contracts that ask for other parts? Did you have this contract before updating to version 0.9.2?

I'll try this out sometime and see what happens.

Sorry if this is late as heck, but it may not have shown as valid as you were not orbiting Minmus. I've seen part requests marked invalid until the requested orbit is obtained. (From your orbital period, apoapsis, and periapsis, you are orbiting Kerbin.)
