Proposed functionality

Add missing filter forms to:
OSPFInterface: filterforms defined but not correctly selected. See the image below for the proposed forms.
OSPFInstance: router_id, device should point to device_id (bug)
static routes: device, prefix, next_hop

Use case

While some use cases for the filtering are covered in a Q filters, it's definition sometimes is too broad in scope as contains multiple filters and uses partial search. Searching for specific object can be useful.
