[Select] 虚拟化List配置的height属性当大于270px后出现双列滚动条 #2646

当有虚拟化列表需求的时候，如果height传入的不是默认的270px，当小于270px表现正常；
但是当大于270px时都会出现双列滚动条，体验上较差并且不觉得这个高度设置有一定必要。

我的看法是用户height设置超出默认的270px的情况下，应该是修改semi-select-option-list这个容器的max-height更合理些
