Not able to locate the downloaded files

Done method is getting called but still not able to locate the downloaded files neither in android nor ios. Also the library method that it can handle foreground also, so how can I show the downloaded files in notifications panel.

For android the files get stored in
Internal storage/android/data/package_name/files
