[Feature Request] Vertical Tab Improvements (Specifically the open upon hover version)

Is your feature request related to a problem?

It's related to two annoyances.

1. Having to scroll down all the way to the bottom of the tab list to open a new fresh tab (sometimes the scrollbar reset to the top as well when dragging down)

2. The hover area for the scrollbar makes it easy to overshoot and collapse the tab bar instead of clicking the scroll bar when it's set to open upon hover.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Simply add a plus/new tab button at the bottom of the tab bar no matter where you are along it

2. Add a few extra invisible pixels of buffer to the right side of the scroll bar before the tabs collapse back to favicons so it's harder to overshoot

I think it can be easily implemented by modifying a few things in browser-verticaltabs.css.

The problem is that I used a feature from lepthon theme, so it doesn't work if you use another theme.

Sorry for may delay response. In these days, I felt not good about this open-source project. But I’m OK now.

I will re-build vertical tab implement structures. Because, We will release Floorp Lightning browser. That doesn’t have vertical tab. Maybe users need this feature. However current vertical tab has some bugs.
