Add various defaults

• Adds defaults so that many module defaults can be overridden (instead of having to explicitly configure it in each user item).

Replace ssh_private_keys by ssh_keypairs

The ssh_private_keys parameter is now called ssh_keypairs, with keys private and public to denote the respective keys.
