[FULLSTACK] Previous Retreat and Events Bug Fixes

Description

We've done a really great job this semester, and the product has made ENORMOUS improvements from its initial state. Now it's time to polish it up and put on the final set of bug fixes and changes.

This ticket will be focused on the Previous Retreat Events and Retreat Planning screens.

Acceptance Criteria

• Enable changing the time of previously added events in Retreat Planning.
• Ensure the cursor changes when hovering over interactive elements in Previous Events..
• Fix the issue where adding previous fundraising events to the current year does not work.
• Address the inability to delete archives.
