[FRONTEND] Usability Fixes

Description

We've done a really great job this semester, and the product has made ENORMOUS improvements from its initial state. Now its time to polish it up and put on the final set of bug fixes and changes.

This ticket will be focused on general UI/UX enhancements and consistency fixes across the platform.

Acceptance Criteria

• Remove the redundant Expenses tab in the sidebar.
• Ensure the side pop-out panel's button labels accurately reflect the action (Apply vs. Update).
  • Update when something is being changed
  • add when something is being added
  • delete when something is being deleted
  • cancel when something is being not added
• when adding new time, disable “add time” button
• Introduce a confirmation pop-up ("Are you sure?") upon attempting to delete any entity.
