Esperienza diretta, siamo riusciti ad avere i team per i dipartimenti più ops, quelli delle IT Operations e i DBA, sfruttando i multi backlog. Vorrei mostrare come fare più backlog e custom items per soddisfare le richieste di ogni dipartimento.
