为什么我的页面显示是404？

我页面也是404，是由于这个原因，Your account has been flagged.
我不知道为什么我会被flag。在网上搜索只有解决办法，而没说为什么我被flag。

在设置里面修改用户名，改成你GitHub的用户名，不是库的名字。
