Good architectural overview and developer guide and documentation

Just found this project, and it's head and shoulders above anything of the sort. Incredible work!! UX is everything, and this project absolutely nails it!!!

(But being an OS junkie, I did desperately want a terminal... which seemed missing. Serendipetously someone installed cockpit, which conveniently gives terminal access to containers... but some sort of cli like another project (can't remember the name now, will update) that would allow scripting, and provide another avenue to customize apps, etc... would be useful.)

As someone who could potentially help with development and distribution, I would love to see a good architectural overview and developer guide, that can orientate me adequately, before I read the code, and so that I can understand the vision and direction of the current developer community.

I took a peek around, but haven't been able to find this... I am starting to read the code and will document what I find here, knowing that I am perhaps the least well suited to the task. But it'll be a start!

Having seen the demo, I would not at all be surprised if I find exactly what I am asking for, it having been done already!
