I've installed this plug and it changes the IDE's color scheme for all types of files, while the log files didn't improve over the stock settings of WebStorm.
Removing it did not revert the changes back, and I didn't find a way to revert them even after restoring IDE's and theme to defaults.

It made changes to the dark theme but darkula theme didn't change.
