This repository contains all the materials related to Case Study 1 in the book A Guide to Applied Machine Learning for Biologists. Use this link to access the dataset : https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/jonathanoheix/face-expression-recognition-dataset

Please make sure that you change the existing path specification with your custom directory path in the source code. I have deployed this CNN model on Gradio. Simply click on the Open in HF Spaces button to check it out.
