To my knowledge, there is currently no Julia package offering encode/decode functionality for strings containing html entities. I thought of building such a package and stumbled on this code in the process. Would such functionality be within the scope for this package? Should I instead start a separate package?

Eventually, I imagine having most, if not all of the functionality of https://github.com/mdevils/html-entities.
