HDFM GUI is not popping up #25

I'm using Windows 11 with an RTL-SDR. I installed HDFM on one device and it works well, but when trying to transfer HDFM (along with the NRSC5 service that it depends on) to another device, then the HDFM GUI will not appear. An HDFM window does appear when starting the service, and an audio stream will play, but the GUI does not pop up on this other device.

Any idea what may be causing this issue?
