for example Ctrl + Z and Ctrl + Y (undo / redo) are flipped when the keyboard is in cs/cz, but work as expected in en/gb
the program always reacts to what is assumed to be english keys regardless of the selected keyboard language

this should probably be solved on some global java level, since we need it to work on all platforms
