[feature request] reorderable checklists in note widget #1168

following my comment in #319

The note widget is by far the most useful, especially with markdown support i use it to quickly pin down my daily tasks and take some fast notes.

I would like to suggest adding 6 dots glyph at the left of every line to make items reorderable. Especially useful for checkboxes.
