Feature request: put tag list below the associated apps

I'd like to propose a toggle in the settings which makes the row (or rows) of tags in the favorite section appear above the list of apps that are assigned to a tag and which appear when selecting the respective tag.

I can't find such an option in the settings (valid for version 1.34 and before). There is on option that refers to the search results (and toggles their layout between from-bottom-to-top and from-top-to-botton), but as far as I can: see that does not apply to non-search results.

Well, at least for me: in issue #1099 there are screenshots of a user which observes exactly the behavior I want – but that I unfortunately cannot reproduce. Maybe some other side effects or a certain combination of settings plays a role there?

So I'd either like to request a new feature, or ask for a bug fix if actually the search result setting also influences the regular display (but fails to do so for me).
