将原文档第一行的maa链接中的内容搬到该文档中，并作本土化修改。（记得同时考虑cli和mfa两种运行方式

对了，记得顺便把“这个参数是启动/关闭需要用到的”改成“这个参数是启动/关闭模拟器需要用到的”
