QRCode: adding the option to generate text

It is possible to customize the generator so that it generates a text along with the QR code, so that it looks something like this:

We use an external library https://github.com/kozakdenys/qr-code-styling

According to their docs, it could be done with an additional extension. But we must decide if it is worth adding to Blazorise as a dependency. And how production-ready it is.

In any case, it would have to be done at a new milestone, so it would not be done any time soon. Maybe as a preview.
