Hello,
We found that the Kafka provider does not support creating permissions for DelegationToken resources.

Looking at the code seems that the problem is here:
https://github.com/Mongey/terraform-provider-kafka/blob/main/kafka/kafka_acls.go#L267-L301

But, actually, Sarama client supports this kind of permission.
