The Extended Peptide for peptide LTDGFMLPDPQNISLR should be DSTIVYYK.LTDGFMLPDPQNISLR.R not DSTIVYYK.LTDGFMLPDPQNISLR.

The above screenshot contains the information about the dataset. I used the TMT10-phospho-bridge workflow.
