External Mods that are no longer available in collections

As a user downloading a collection
I want to ignore files I cant find or cant find the correct version of
So that I can install a collection

Currently for mods in collections that are not available anymore or the correct version cannot be recognised by the app the collection cannot be installed by the install button. Because it doesn't consider the collection to be downloaded fully.

Users should be aware that doing this could impact the success of the collection.
