Change slicing panels from horizontal to vertical on new FSunstone

Change slicing panels from horizontal to vertical. Users are used to Outlook views, with vertical panels. Monitors are widescreens, you have more screen to cover horizontally, and having slicing panels on vertical allows you to cover more info on screen. Right now horizontal slicing panels does not take advantage of your screen size and everything looks mixed in the VM info or config. This looks like TrueNAS views.

For better use of the new Sunstone UI (FSunstone).
