Using an OT2-R. I am pipetting a viscous media and want to make sure the complete volume is transferred. When using the push_out parameter instead of pushing the remaining volume additional volume is kept in the pipette. I tried this with a 300ul multi Gen2 and 1000ul single Gen2 pipette.
Steps to reproduce
Using 300uL multi Gen2. Aspiring of for example 100uL water. Dispensing the total volume with the push_out parameter set to 25uL.
Current behavior
Instead of dispensing 100uL and pushing out 25uL only 75uL are dispensed in total.
Expected behavior
Dispensing 100uL and pushing out 25uL.
Operating system
Windows
System and robot setup or anything else?
