Idea: /changelog will display a list of entries sorted by date. Allowing users to see what server-wide changes have been made.

Usage: (staff only)
/changelog add [describe what was changed]

Ex. /changelog new Added /download and 4 new permissions

Not a priority, but would be useful to add at some point.
