So I see exon PSI in Additional File 2. A few follow up questions:

• Are counts available?
• I just see gene ID in the row names, is there a way of knowing which exon this corresponds to?
• Is the methylation data somewhere there?

What kind of counts would you be interested in? The counts of the intron/exons are not available online now.

The Gene IDs are marked with a "G-iD.#" to represent different intron/exon combinations within a gene. The meta-data on the gene information can be generated using BRIE.

Methylation data is also available via ENA.

If useful we can try to provide more data.
