单独 pull compose文件中的镜像也失败

Redis 和 PostgreSQL 預設是 Docker Hub 的；而 web server 和 judge server 放在阿里雲，如果都拉不下來那很可能是網路環境問題，檢查一下是否有用代理或鏡像站？
